Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, is sent to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those search terms. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.

Our hosting systems create routine logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps us maintain the service and understand general page use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those functions apply.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to operate the service, troubleshoot errors, measure overall traffic, respond to messages, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Murfreesboro, Rutherford County, Tennessee, court, library, and outside search services. Information sent to one of those services is controlled by its privacy policy, not ours. The same rule applies to sponsored results supplied by a separate company.

Government records held by Murfreesboro, Rutherford County, or Tennessee offices remain under the custodian's law and process; TIPA does not erase a deed, case file, voter source record, or assessment.
